Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant Job in San Mateo, California Job-8421 Must have prior NP/PA dermatology experience. A cosmetic-focused opportunity for an Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant to join a high-volume dermatology practice in downtown San Mateo. This role is procedure-driven, patient-facing and built for providers who want to develop deep expertise in aesthetic medicine within a supportive, well-structured environment. Opportunity Highlights Cosmetic-only APP role with a full schedule from day one; average 12–20 patients per day Procedure-focused practice emphasizing laser hair removal, facial rejuvenation, resurfacing, tattoo removal and hyperhidrosis Utilize advanced laser and energy-based technology Balanced clinical mix: ~50% laser hair removal, ~40% facial aesthetics, plus advanced cosmetic treatments Growth-oriented position with structured device training provided and strong patient demand driving long-term opportunity Practice Environment You’ll work alongside a collaborative, high-functioning care team with on-site physician supervision. The practice uses EMA / EMR that supports efficient workflows and a smooth patient experience.
