About The Position

SoVous Med Spa is seeking a skilled and business-savvy NP or PA-C for a dual-role opportunity as both Aesthetic Provider and Clinical Manager. This is an ideal position for someone confident in injectables and cosmetic lasers who also enjoys leadership, mentorship, and business development. You’ll deliver high-quality patient care while also overseeing clinical operations, training staff, refining protocols, and supporting the continued growth of the practice through marketing and outreach efforts. We’re looking for a provider who wants to grow with the brand—and shape the next evolution of luxury aesthetics.

Requirements

Licensed NP or PA-C in New York with 2+ years of aesthetics experience
Advanced injector with a focus on natural-looking, tailored results
Skilled or eager to train in laser, RF, weight management, and women’s health technologies
Confident leader with strong communication skills and emotional intelligence
Entrepreneurial mindset with a genuine interest in personal brand-building and business growth
Understands and enjoys the marketing side of aesthetics, including social media, partnerships, and content creation
Flexible, self-starting, and aligned with a luxury, high-touch approach to patient care

Responsibilities

Perform aesthetic services: neuromodulators, dermal fillers, lasers/RF, weight management, and women’s wellness treatments (training provided if needed)
Lead day-to-day clinical flow, manage staff training, and ensure safety and quality protocols
Collaborate on internal SOPs and operational improvements
Help grow yourself and the practice through: Social media presence & educational content
Blog or video content creation
Influencer/local brand partnerships
Patient outreach and engagement
