About The Position

The Aesthetic Nurse Injector at Massage Bliss and Cryo is responsible for delivering high-quality spa treatments, including Botox and fillers, while ensuring an exceptional guest experience. Requirements

• Valid esthetic license.
• Specialized skills and knowledge of facial protocols and knowledge of aromatherapy and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform all facial treatments offered on the spa menu according to protocols and rituals.
• Interact cooperatively with other spa team members to provide a seamless guest experience.
• Discover guests' needs and make appropriate treatment and home care recommendations.
• Present a warm, gracious, and professional persona toward guests and co-workers.
• Adhere to a high professional image standard such as dress, appearance, language, and lifestyle.
• Practice the highest standard of sanitation, neatness, and visual presentation.
• Actively build repeat clientele.
• Attend and participate in all general and team meetings.
• Assist with laundry and spa cleaning, even if an assistant is available.
• Maintain treatment suite inventory and other organizational tasks.
• Attend all in-house training and commit to outside continuing education.
• Attend monthly, weekly, and daily shift line-up meetings.
• Be open to coaching, roleplaying, and improvements to perfect skills.
• Participate in all aspects of marketing/special events planning and execution.
• Evaluate potential new team members for various positions when asked.
• Assist new team members.
• Complete daily checklist of cleaning obligations and abide by all county, state, and local laws and regulations regarding sanitation, cleanliness, and safety.
