About The Position
The Aesthetic Nurse Injector position involves providing non-surgical cosmetic evaluations, consultations, and treatments under the supervision of an overseeing physician. The role requires a comprehensive understanding of aesthetic practices and the ability to perform various cosmetic procedures, including but not limited to anti-wrinkle injections, dermal fillers, body and facial injections, thread lifts, platelet-rich plasma therapy, micro-needling, and chemical peels. The Aesthetic Nurse Injector will work closely with a team that may include a Medical Assistant, Nurse Assistant, Spa Manager, and Medical Director to ensure high-quality patient care and satisfaction. In this role, the Aesthetic Nurse Injector will be responsible for assessing patients' cosmetic needs, discussing treatment options, and developing personalized treatment plans. The position demands a strong ethical foundation, a positive attitude, and the ability to build relationships with patients. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, empathetic, and possess excellent communication skills to effectively convey treatment information and address patient concerns. The work environment is a med spa setting, which requires the ability to lift at least 30 lbs and exposure to blood and bodily fluids, necessitating the use of proper personal protective equipment (PPE). The Aesthetic Nurse Injector will also be expected to maintain a continuous improvement mentality, adapting to new trends and practices in the aesthetic field.
