About The Position
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Aesthetic Nurse Injector with advanced experience in injectables and laser-based treatments to join our growing aesthetics practice. This role is ideal for a clinician who combines technical expertise with an artistic eye and a strong commitment to patient safety, education, and results. The ideal candidate is confident, detail-oriented, and excels at building long-term patient relationships while delivering exceptional aesthetic outcomes.
Requirements
- Active RN, NP, or PA license in good standing (state-specific)
- Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience with aesthetic injectables
- Demonstrated experience operating laser and energy-based devices
- Strong knowledge of facial anatomy and aesthetic principles
- Excellent communication, consultation, and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and aesthetic judgment
- Strong ethical standards and commitment to patient safety
- Professional, warm, and confident bedside manner
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
- Sales-minded but patient-first approach (no pressure tactics)
Nice To Haves
- Advanced injector training or certifications
- Laser certification(s) and documented laser experience
- Experience in a med spa or aesthetic medical practice
- Social media or patient education experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Injectables & Aesthetic Treatments Perform aesthetic injections including neuromodulators (e.g., Botox, Dysport) and dermal fillers (e.g., Juvederm, Restylane, RHA)
- Assess facial anatomy and create customized treatment plans aligned with patient goals
- Educate patients on treatment options, expected outcomes, risks, and aftercare
- Maintain precise documentation and informed consent
- Laser & Energy-Based Devices Perform laser and energy-based treatments (e.g., IPL, laser hair removal, skin resurfacing, RF, body contouring, etc.)
- Conduct skin assessments to determine appropriate laser settings and protocols
- Ensure safe operation, calibration, and maintenance of laser equipment
- Adhere strictly to laser safety standards and protocols
- Patient Care & Experience Deliver an elevated patient experience from consultation through follow-up
- Manage pre- and post-procedure care and monitor patient outcomes
- Build rapport and trust to encourage patient retention and referrals
- Clinical & Operational Support Maintain compliance with state regulations, medical protocols, and safety standards
- Assist with inventory management of injectables and aesthetic supplies
- Collaborate with the medical director and aesthetics team on treatment protocols
- Stay current on industry trends, products, and continuing education
