The Aesthetic Business Manager (ABM), Practice Growth role at Galderma serves as a strategic B2B sales overlay partner. This position is responsible for driving growth, elevating clinical adoption, and enhancing business performance across strategic accounts within the Aesthetics business space. The ABM supports field sales teams, aesthetic practices, and healthcare professionals (HCPs) by providing expert product knowledge, targeted business development growth strategies, and practice optimization initiatives. The ultimate goal is to increase market share and expand the utilization of Galderma Aesthetics products. Galderma is a pure-play dermatology category leader, operating in approximately 90 countries, with a focus on innovative, science-based portfolios in Injectable Aesthetics, Dermatological Skincare, and Therapeutic Dermatology.
