About The Position
MDL MediSpa is seeking a dedicated and skilled Aesthetics APRN to join our team in Lakeland, FL. This position is PRN, primarily on Saturdays, and requires an Autonomous Advanced Practice Registered Nurse License in Florida. The Aesthetics APRN will play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of service and etiquette expected in a medical spa environment. The successful candidate will oversee daily operations in client service areas, ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient scheduling, and a positive guest experience. The Aesthetics APRN will be responsible for staying updated on the latest trends in the spa industry, including treatment modalities, product lines, and equipment. This role involves helping clients achieve their health and wellness goals through a variety of medical aesthetic treatments, including injectables such as Dysport, Daxiffy, Xeomin, RHA, Restylane, Versa, and Kybella. Additionally, the APRN will perform Sciton laser treatments for hair removal, sunspots, acne treatment, and skin resurfacing, as well as RF micro needling, PRP hair restoration, PRF eye restoration, p-shot, medical weight loss, and IV nutrient therapy and hydration. The ideal candidate will possess strong consultation skills, ensuring that clients receive personalized recommendations and care. The Aesthetics APRN will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work environment, adhering to clinical practice standards, and ensuring timely documentation of medical records. This position requires a warm and welcoming demeanor, outstanding interpersonal skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced aesthetic sales environment.
