About The Position

To support the Quality Department's ability to achieve its goals. This includes accurately and timely auditing of company process, incoming material, work-in-process and customer shipments to achieve PAC Quality and Business objectives and to comply with AS 9100 standards. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Requirements

• Ability to perform first article (FAIR) tasks including documentation and reports.
• Experience with 1st piece, in-process and last piece inspection using micrometers, calipers, comparators, various gauges and CMM equipment.
• Knowledge of AS 9100 procedures.
• Ability to submit PPAP documents.
• Experience in performing incoming inspection tasks.
• Experience in performing final inspection and shipping tasks.
• Ability to perform process audits and follow-up with corrective actions.
• Ability to ensure quality of all material meets customer specifications.
• Ability to cross train across multiple departments.
• Experience with data collection and communication tasks in ERP systems.

• Perform data collection and communication tasks in ERP system and other applications.
• Perform miscellaneous quality-related clerical duties.
• Comply with all PAC policies.
