About The Position

Ace Precision is a trusted partner to the Aerospace, Power Generation, Defense, Space, and Aftermarket Repair & Overhaul sectors. For over 40 years, our teams have pushed the boundaries of craft and technology so customers can fly farther, move faster, and perform with absolute confidence. We’re expanding in Wisconsin—and your next chapter could start in Oconomowoc or Menomonee Falls . Join a growing manufacturing team where quality and precision are the flight plan. You arrive to a clean, well-equipped weld bay. The job traveler and sample part tell the story of the component in your hands—an aerospace-grade assembly destined for commercial aircraft today and a defense application tomorrow. You verify dimensions and tolerances from sketches, routings, and process control sheets, set up your station, confirm backup gas requirements, and dial in parameters for manual GTAW/TIG on similar and dissimilar alloys. As you run, you interpret welding symbols (AWS A2.4) with ease and apply terminology from AWS A3.0, adjusting technique as the puddle and heat input demand. Each weldment gets a careful visual inspection. If an indication appears, you repair, document, and report it without hesitation.
