About The Position
Parker Aerospace is seeking a Division Operations Manager for its Exotic Metals Forming Division, located in Kent, Washington. This role is pivotal in ensuring all operations and maintenance align with the corporate WIN Strategy, annual improvement priorities, and long-term strategic plans. The successful candidate will lead a team of empowered employees, driving operational excellence and customer satisfaction. The Division Operations Manager will work closely with the General Manager and the leadership team to foster business growth and achieve organizational objectives. This position requires a passion for the company's mission and vision, as well as a commitment to building a world-class team. The Division Operations Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that focus on lean initiatives and asset management, ensuring operational and financial excellence. This includes overseeing inventory management, production control scheduling, and logistics. The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with customers to promote the company's technologies and services, leading customer experience strategies, and ensuring high levels of customer service. In addition to operational responsibilities, the Division Operations Manager will collaborate with various departments, including Human Resources and Environment, Health, and Safety, to ensure organizational health and compliance with regulations. The position also entails leading special projects and driving cross-team process improvements to adapt to the evolving business environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a track record of managing high-performance teams, and the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
