Requirements

  • Contract-controlled order execution
  • ERP data integrity
  • Portal compliance
  • Traceable documentation management
  • Delivery risk visibility
  • Cross-functional coordination
  • Supporting On-Time Delivery for aerospace programs
  • 1–3+ years in order management or aerospace distribution
  • Strong data entry accuracy.
  • ERP experience (SAP preferred)
  • Strong Excel skills required
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Professional customer-facing demeanor.

Nice To Haves

  • Aerospace hardware knowledge strongly preferred
  • AS9100/AS9120 familiarity a plus
  • College degree preferred but not required for proven performers

Responsibilities

  • Ensure purchase orders align with aerospace contracts before release
  • Maintain 99%+ order accuracy in a regulated ERP environment
  • Protect documentation traceability and compliance
  • Identify and escalate delivery risks before they become failures
  • Support OTD performance that customers depend on
  • Represent Customer Service in structured customer reviews
  • Operate autonomously within defined authority limits
