Applied Composites (AC) is seeking a CMM Programmer who applies knowledge of measurement and program coordinate measurement systems (CMS), utilizing mathematics, and electronics to inspect, CMM measurement and test equipment in the electrical, dimensional, optical, physical, mechanical, environmental, and/or software disciplines to ensure measurement accuracy. Identify and utilize appropriate measurement procedures. Perform corrective actions to address identified measurement problems. Adapt equipment, standards, and procedures to accomplish unique measurements. Maintain calibration standards, Scale Bars and Artifacts. Perform departmental housekeeping to assure neatness and a professional environment. The effective candidate must have the ability to meet tight deadlines, have strong interpersonal and communication skills, be detail-oriented, and can work independently. He/she must establish and maintain a professional working relationship with external and internal teams at all levels across the company. Candidates need to be able to balance multiple projects requiring varying skill sets in a highly dynamic and diverse working environment.
