About The Position

ARDE Inc., the U.S. leader in manufacturing pressure vessels for space applications, is seeking a versatile Aerospace Assembly Technician to join our 1st shift team. In this role, you will perform hands-on aerospace assembly work, contributing to the production of mission-critical components for space exploration.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ years of experience in manufacturing, assembly, or production environments.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in aerospace manufacturing or assembly work.
  • Knowledge of precision assembly techniques and tools.
  • Fine motor skills and handling.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Perform assembly for aerospace components, including precision fitting and alignment.
  • Follow detailed work instructions, blueprints, and engineering specifications.
  • Conduct inspections to ensure components meet quality standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and company procedures.
  • Occasional cross-training in other manufacturing processes may be required.
