As an Engineering Intern at CoorsTek, you will be an integral part of our manufacturing team, contributing to the development and enhancement of our processes, products, and equipment. This hands-on role offers you the opportunity to work alongside seasoned engineers and production staff, gaining invaluable experience across various facets of manufacturing.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering or related field.
- Chemical, Mechanical, Ceramics, or Materials Engineering degree preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc.) is preferred.
- Previous experience with manufacturing processes or equipment is a plus.
Nice To Haves

Responsibilities
- Conduct analysis of metallization processes and equipment.
- Set up and execute design of experiments (DOE) to validate and refine manufacturing processes and product designs.
- Collaborate with engineering, R&D, and production teams to develop and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency and quality.
- Perform root cause analysis and problem-solving to address technical issues and ensure smooth production operations.
- Proficiency in CAD software to assist in product and process design tasks.
- Prepare technical reports and documentation to communicate findings, recommendations, and project updates effectively.
- Hands on preparation and analysis of test samples
