Northrop Grumman's Defense Systems in Northridge, California is currently seeking an Aeronautical (Project) Engineer Level 3 or 4 to support the AARGM, AARGM-ER, and SiAW programs within our Advanced Weapons business unit. This role is 100% on site with no hybrid or remote work. The Aeronautical (Project) Engineer is responsible for leading projects, process improvements, and execution of drawing releases utilizing Creo and/or EPLM. They will help manage the mechanical engineering lab including lab 3D printing equipment and lead BOE (Basis of Estimate) efforts for the Aeronautical team. They will also help track metrics, including a drawing burndown plan, and provide feedback on improvements that can help train new and current hires.
