Test and Evaluation (T&E) Henderson (HND) site lead is responsible to lead, plan, and organize all elements of the ADP Henderson test programs. The site lead will provide strategic vision and planning for the Test and Evaluation teams and be the primary POC to the E&T ADP LOB at remote test sites. The site lead will support the development of the T&E staffing strategy for ADP programs through collaboration with program management, ADP LOB, site leadership, and T&E leadership teams. Working across the enterprise, the site lead will shatter silos, communicate the ADP T&E resource requirements across the enterprise, and help structure and identify a pipeline for competency development (flight test engineer, flight test instrumentation, flight test data processing, flight test analyst, flight test control engineer). As a member of the T&E leadership team, the site lead will collaborate with other leaders to ensure the competency pipeline is aligned to support the T&E mission and the development needs of the team. Specific to the ADP programs, the site lead will work with program management and remote test site customers to develop a priority strategy to ensure that all ADP programs requirements are supported for successful execution. As required, the site lead will rebalance resources alignment for successful program execution. The site lead will work with the T&E leadership team to ensure that T&E processes incorporate the needs and requirement of the ADP programs, reflect the work processes followed by the ADP programs, and all personnel are properly trained to ensure adherence to T&E processes. The site lead will work with the T&E leadership team to develop a robust strategy to ensure that all competencies in T&E are represented in the ADP bid process and BOEs. The site lead will develop training plans to support program execution that focuses on all levels of experience to include control room hands-on training and leveraging training opportunities outside and across T&E locations (ie Edwards, FW, PAX, Palmdale). Liaisons include ADP LOB, ADP Program Leadership, E&T Functional Engineering Leadership and T&E leadership.
