About The Position

As an Aero Supplier Quality Engineer in the Gas Technology Services department, you will be responsible for leading early-stage supplier evaluations, focusing on quality, organisational maturity, technical capabilities, and risk mitigation. You will also manage supplier development by leading and managing technical assessments of new parts, supported by Design and Advanced Manufacturing Engineers. Additionally, you will be responsible for supplier qualifications, continuous improvement plans, surveillance, and audits. Communication is key, as you will ensure a strong connection between suppliers and internal execution teams to support quality, on-time delivery, and responsiveness.

Requirements

• Solid background in supplier quality and continuous improvement in industrial or energy sectors.
• Hands-on experience with supplier assessment methodologies and quality management systems.
• Bachelor's mechanical degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma/GED with at least 10 years of experience in Manufacturing/Service.
• At least 5 years of experience in Quality.
• Ability to travel locally and internationally at short notice to Customer offices or site plants.
• Fluency in English.
