About The Position
The position involves assisting in providing total guest satisfaction through prompt, courteous, and professional service while maintaining a highly motivated and well-trained staff. The role requires maintaining high quality standards in food production, presentation, sanitation, and safety. The individual will provide supervision of restaurant staff in the absence of the Restaurant Manager and strive for 100% guest satisfaction by ensuring consistent quality of service through prudent supervision of staff.
