About The Position

As a part-time Brand Ambassador at Aerie, you will be the face of the brand, responsible for creating an exceptional shopping experience for customers. Your role involves engaging with guests, educating them about products, and promoting brand loyalty. You will work in various areas of the store, including sales, cash wrap, fitting rooms, and stockroom, while adhering to company policies and fostering teamwork.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Previous retail experience is preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to assist them in finding products.
• Educate customers on AE & Aerie products and make tailored product suggestions.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flexibly work in different store zones including Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Assist team members to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
• Maintain integrity by following AEO's policies and procedures.
