As the full-time Associate Selling Team Leader, you are the Store Team Leader's "go-to" in developing and implementing the business strategy and leading the daily operations of the store. Your passion lies in training and coaching your team into high-performing sellers who consistently provide an unforgettable guest experience. Through your leadership, your team always nails their sales goals, rocks merchandising brand standards and delivers operational excellence! Requirements

• Previous experience in a retail management role.
• Ability to multi-task and attention to detail.

• Experience in leading and developing teams.
• General understanding of employment law.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by maximizing Fitting Room and Salesfloor productivity.
• Build guest loyalty through a best-in-class guest experience.
• Analyze reporting and daily trends to make strategic business decisions.
• Develop short and long-term business plans to drive key KPIs with the Store Team Leader.
• Motivate and inspire your team through AEO's core values.
• Hold the team accountable to AEO's customer service standards.
• Recruit and hire strong talent to ensure the store is always staffed.
• Train and develop your team to provide outstanding service.
• Provide ongoing performance feedback through real-time coaching.
• Maintain visual standards throughout every zone in the store.
• Ensure the Fitting Rooms are always guest-ready and meet AEO Brand Standards.
• Maintain store safety standards and adhere to Asset Protection standards.
