About The Position
We are looking for an Aerial foreman to join our growing team. The Aerial foreman will be responsible for overseeing the placement of telephone poles and anchors, operating equipment such as bucket trucks and posthole diggers, and performing various aerial tasks including new cable installations, pole transfers, strand building, and cable hanging. The role requires climbing utility poles and using aerial lift trucks to place cables, ensuring all installation work meets quality standards and complies with safety procedures. The foreman will also supervise employees, manage vehicles and equipment, and handle invoicing for projects.
