About The Position

Aquatic Control Inc. is a privately owned lake and pond management company with our home office in Seymour Indiana and satellite offices in Valparaiso, IN; Evansville, IN; Truesdale, MO; Jackson, TN; Knoxville, TN; Williamsville, IL; Elizabethtown, KY; Elkhart, IA; and Davenport, IA. We are actively growing and need to add an Aeration Technician at our Seymour, Indiana location. The Position: Perform field work but also shop repair of aeration equipment (we will train you) Installation of new equipment Winter removal, cleaning, routine maintenance, and reinstallation of fountains Accurate record keeping This position offers potential for advancement for the right employee Who Should Apply? Requirements

  • 2 years’ experience with one or more of the following – traveling field repair, outdoor labor/repair, boating/trailering, electrical work, small motor repair
  • Minimum High school diploma or GED
  • Must have insurable driving record
  • Must pass pre-employment drug screening, DOT physical, and background check
  • Stable work history with advancement
  • Knowledgeable on the use of MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and other basic programs
  • Must be dependable, work well alone or in team setting, willing to work in all weather, and willing to learn

Responsibilities

  • Perform field work
