About The Position
We currently have a career opportunity for an AEM Technical Architect to join our National Adobe team in Detroit. The Adobe AEM Technical Architect will be responsible for architecting and implementing scalable solutions using Adobe Experience Manager and related Adobe Experience Cloud products. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality digital platforms. Requirements
- Extensive AEM and Adobe Experience Cloud expertise: Strong hands on knowledge of AEM architecture, templates, components and workflows.
- Experience as the main architect on at least 2 AEM projects.
- 3+ years of consulting experience and/or client facing experience.
- Ability to lead technical teams, present solutions to clients, and collaborate across disciplines
- Strong problem‑solving skills: Ability to anticipate challenges and propose innovative solutions.
- Client‑facing consulting experience: Skilled at translating technical concepts into business values.
- Able to work a hybrid role in Detroit.
Nice To Haves
- Adobe certifications: Adobe Certified Expert or Architect credentials.
Responsibilities
- Architect and design AEM solutions: Define technical architecture, integration patterns, and deployment strategies for enterprise implementations.
- Lead development teams: Provide guidance, code reviews, and mentorship to developers working on AEM projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders: Work closely with business analysts, and project managers to align technical solutions with business goals.
- Ensure best practices: Establish coding standards, performance optimization techniques, and security guidelines for AEM implementations.
- Integrate Adobe Experience Cloud: Connect AEM with Adobe Analytics, Target, Campaign, and other tools to deliver personalized experiences.
- Oversee deployment and DevOps: Manage CI/CD pipelines, cloud hosting environments, and production releases.
- Troubleshoot and optimize: Resolve complex technical issues and continuously improve system performance.
