About The Position
Seeking an experienced AEM Solution Architect to assess a vendor-built AEM as a Cloud Service platform, identify risks, and define a scalable long-term support and governance model. This role starts with a platform assessment and continues as a strategic advisor.
Requirements
- 8–10 years in digital platform architecture / ECM
- Strong hands-on AEM experience
- Expertise in Java, Sling, Dispatcher
- Experience with complex, customized platforms
- Strong communication and documentation skills
Nice To Haves
- AEM Cloud Service & DevOps experience
- Governance and vendor transition experience
- Adobe certifications
Responsibilities
- Evaluate AEM architecture, identify risks, and recommend improvements
- Define support model (internal/vendor/hybrid) and transition plan
- Lead design for AEM Sites, Assets, and Forms
- Establish governance, documentation, and best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and guide stakeholders
- Provide input on vendor management and technical decisions
