Our client, a major U.S.-based enterprise in the travel and hospitality industry, is seeking an AEM Process Engineer to lead the transformation of digital marketing workflows and content supply chain operations. This is a highly technical, hands-on role that combines marketing operations expertise with systems engineering capabilities, focused on driving automation, scalability, and efficiency across marketing and promotional processes. This role will own the end-to-end design, integration, and execution of workflow solutions, moving beyond coordination to actively building and implementing automation across Adobe and CMS ecosystems. This role operates at the intersection of marketing operations strategy and technical execution. The AEM Process Engineer will analyze current-state workflows, identify inefficiencies, and design scalable automation solutions that reduce manual effort and accelerate campaign delivery. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable mapping business processes and building technical solutions, with deep hands-on experience across AEM, Adobe Workfront, and broader Adobe Experience Cloud tools.
