The firm is organized around four investment platforms: fixed income, real assets, equities, and multi-asset & solutions. Aegon AM is committed to fundamental, research-driven active management and responsible investment, with a workforce of 1,150 employees across 14 global locations. The company is hiring five interns for a real estate internship, with three interns in the Real Assets Debt group and two in the Real Assets Equity group. The internship requires a 40-hour work week and a reduced course load, starting in August 2025 and ending in early January 2026. Note that candidates who have completed their undergraduate education or will graduate before the internship ends are ineligible.
