The AEC Coordinator primarily supports the AEC Department by collecting, organizing, and controlling the documentation provided. This position works directly with the AEC Administrator and/or Senior AEC Administrator, who are responsible for the repository of technical information and for internal and client communication. The AEC Coordinator is also responsible for the timely completion of Permits and Approval (P&A) reports and performing area take-offs and calculations.
