Requirements

• Previous experience in a retail management role leading functional teams.
• Ability to multi-task with attention to detail; strong priority-setting and time management skills.
• Experience in leading and developing teams with a general understanding of employment law.
• Effective communication and conflict management skills.
• Strong business acumen and ability to analyze reporting to drive sales.
• Flexible availability to work when the guest shops.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by maximizing overall store productivity and building guest loyalty through a best-in-class guest experience.
• Create, manage and own your store's business plan to meet KPI goals.
• Analyze reporting and daily sales trends to make real-time, innovative business decisions to achieve store financial goals.
• Recruit, hire and retain a high-performing team, advocating for their development and ensuring a clear career path.
• Champion a culture of teamwork and recognition by establishing and communicating goals and holding the team accountable to brand standards.
• Ensure the store consistently maintains AEO Brand Visual Standards by owning all visual and merchandising processes.
• Evaluate traffic, calendars and payroll reports to make scheduling adjustments to meet business needs.
• Demonstrate integrity in making compensation decisions and ensure audit and shrink results meet Asset Protection Standards.
