Drive sales by maximizing overall store productivity and building guest loyalty through a best-in-class guest experience.
Create, manage and own your store's business plan to meet KPI goals.
Analyze reporting and daily sales trends to make real-time, innovative business decisions to achieve store financial goals.
Recruit, hire and retain a high-performing team, advocating for their development and ensuring a clear career path.
Champion a culture of teamwork and recognition by establishing and communicating goals and celebrating outstanding performance.
Ensure the store maintains AEO Brand Visual Standards by managing visual and merchandising processes.
Evaluate traffic, calendars and payroll reports to make scheduling adjustments to meet business needs.
Demonstrate integrity in making compensation decisions and ensure compliance with Asset Protection Standards.

Previous experience in a retail management role.
Ability to multi-task with attention to detail; strong priority-setting and time management skills.
Experience in leading and developing teams with a general understanding of employment law.
Effective communication and conflict management skills.
Strong business acumen and ability to analyze reporting to drive sales.
Flexible availability to work when guests shop.
