About The Position

  • Drive sales by maximizing Fitting Room and Salesfloor productivity.
  • Support Store Leadership in maximizing business opportunities to drive KPI results.
  • Motivate and inspire the team through AEO's core values.
  • Recruit and hire strong talent to meet business needs.
  • Train and develop associates to provide outstanding service.
  • Provide ongoing performance feedback through real-time coaching.
  • Execute and innovate daily visual and operational procedures.
  • Ensure store safety standards and adhere to AEO's policies.
