About The Position

As a part-time Brand Ambassador at American Eagle Outfitters, you will be the face of the brand, responsible for creating an exceptional shopping experience for customers. Your role involves engaging with guests, educating them about products, and promoting brand loyalty while embodying the company's values and culture.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Previous retail experience is preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for interacting with people.

• Experience in customer service or sales roles.
• Familiarity with American Eagle and Aerie products.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model to assist them in finding what they need.
• Educate guests on product details and make personalized product suggestions.
• Introduce guests to the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Flexibly work in various zones including Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Assist team members to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
