About The Position

The Women's Advocate provides advocacy and support services to clients in crisis, assisting them in achieving self-sufficiency. This role involves collaboration with case managers, therapists, and the shelter manager, as well as providing referrals to other services as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalency.
• Must be 21 years old to apply.
• Pre-employment drug screen, physical, and background check required.
• Valid driver's license.
• Valid auto insurance.
• Experience working with children and families in a trauma-informed environment.
