Requirements

  • Passion for social justice and advocacy work
  • Previous fundraising, sales, or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication and active listening skills
  • Ability to discuss complex issues clearly and persuasively
  • Tech-savvy with a reliable computer/laptop, headset, and internet connection
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
  • Team player comfortable with virtual collaboration
  • Ability to participate in video team meetings
  • Open to coaching and performance feedback

Nice To Haves
