An Advisory Specialist delivers governance, audit, risk, and compliance solutions and typically owns defined work streams from discovery through go-live. They lead discovery, translate requirements into technical design documents, configure and iterate Diligent One prototypes, and drive UAT and client enablement through training and issue management. Operating within standard project methodology, they communicate timelines and risks across teams and are measured on utilization, SLA/turnaround, CSAT/quality, and on-time administrative hygiene.
