Requirements

  • Lifelong learner passionate about building trustful business relationships.
  • Great communication and presentation skills including technical and business concepts.
  • Experience driving technical activities in complex organizations managing change and multiple stakeholders.
  • Ideally solution consulting and/or presales background in datacenters domains.
  • Understanding and hands-on experience with related tools and processes.
  • Experience installing, configuring, customizing, and integrating technologies from various domains such as Cloud, DevOps, Monitoring, Automation.
  • Ability to create and influence enterprise architectures in large organizations.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and customer-centric attitude.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with concepts like Public or Private Cloud, Machine Learning, AIOps.
  • Scripting knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Support the IT Operations Management product sales effort by using technical and customer service domain expertise to address customers' business issues.
  • Demonstrate technical credibility and convey value to customers.
  • Facilitate customer discovery workshops and demonstrate the solution.
  • Align solutions to business value and gather customer feedback for future product innovation.
  • Convince customers to take advantage of the ServiceNow IT Operations Management suite.
  • Inspire with an innovative mindset and provide guidance on the future of ITOM solutions.
  • Create and share best practices and content to educate colleagues and help customers realize value faster.
  • Qualify, scope, plan, and deliver customer-facing activities such as presentations, demos, and proof of concepts.
  • Educate about ServiceNow technology and industry trends through public, customer, and marketing events.
  • Provide field feedback to help product management and engineering teams shape the roadmap.
  • Be the go-to person for market trends and competitive analysis regarding ITOM solutions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for ITOM solutions for customers, partners, and colleagues.
