We are seeking a high-impact Advisory Solution Consultant to join our CRM & Industry Workflows team, supporting the West Business Services Area. This region represents some of the most dynamic, complex, and fast-paced accounts in our ecosystem—including organizations across consulting, real estate, logistics, professional services, and more. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in enterprise selling environments, is confident leading multi-threaded discovery sessions, and can translate pain points into strategic, value-based CRM solutions. You will work in close partnership with sales to build pipeline, drive compelling engagements, and position ServiceNow’s Customer Workflows, Field Service Management (FSM), Sales & Order Management (SOM), and Finance & Supply Chain Workflows capabilities to key business and IT stakeholders.
