About The Position
B. Riley Advisory Services is seeking a full-time Asset Manager to work out of our Buckhead, Atlanta office. The Asset Manager will oversee and manage a distressed commercial property during a receivership, primarily focused on preserving the asset's value by managing leasing activities, collecting rent, maintaining the property, and reporting to the court while working towards a potential sale of the property. The role involves monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and economic factors to inform investment decisions and asset positioning, as well as preparing detailed financial reports on property performance.
