This position follows our hybrid-friendly schedule, so you get the best of both worlds – flexibility and collaboration. After the training period, in office days will be 3 per week averaging 12 days per month in one of the following locations: St. Petersburg, FL or Memphis, TN. The Workforce Analyst is responsible for analyzing staffing data, forecasting labor needs, and providing actionable insights to optimize workforce efficiency. This role supports operational planning by leveraging data analytics, scheduling models, and performance metrics to ensure the right resources are available at the right time—both for on-site and remote teams.
