Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant life sciences, pharma, biotech, or healthcare strategy consulting experience
• Ability to communicate interrelated business issues with clients
• Problem-solving skills to address situations without clear problem statements to find new solutions and/or disruptive innovation
• Aptitude for and enjoyment of leading and managing teams
• Enjoys fast-paced work environments
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail, with a quality-focused mindset
• Multi-disciplinary agility with general management skillset
• Expertise in macro industry and/or functional trends
• Exhibits strong business intuition and ability to quickly learn and shape executive agenda

Responsibilities

• Works with clients who have broad, cross-functional responsibilities to help them make strategic choices about their business and/or transform their organization
• Leads discussions on both client-specific matters and issues affecting the broader healthcare landscape
• Communicates interrelated business issues with senior executives and align stakeholders across functions
• Addresses situations without clear problem statements to find new solutions and/or disruptive innovation
• Structures and develops client deliverables in PowerPoint, including 'telling the story' with supporting analysis in a clear and effective manner
• Drives project task execution by ensuring progress, organizing project data, and coordinating team meetings and guiding and teaching more junior team members
• Provides thought leadership and innovation within projects, practices and clients
• Motivates, coaches, and serves as a role model for project team members
• Drives business and strategy development
