About The Position
We are looking for an Advisor Transition Analyst/ Onboarding Analyst to help onboard Advisor recruit teams and their clients. This role involves developing and controlling process flow and deadlines, collecting the right documentation for account opening and service requests, and collaborating across business units to drive day-to-day execution. The Analyst will keep management systems up-to-date with client information, create strong partnerships with assigned financial advisors, and coordinate with the operations function. The position requires independence, motivation, proactivity, and a focus on taking action. A passion for the client experience, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage evolving situations are essential. The Analyst will ensure compliance with policies, standards, and regulatory requirements in client communications and account opening, identify opportunities for process improvement, and prepare reports/documentation to present to stakeholders on progress, problems, and solutions. Regular domestic travel is expected, depending on the recruit teams being hired across the country.
