About The Position

As an Advisor – Technology Services, Enterprise Workflow and Delivery, you will serve as a strategic partner within the IT organization, driving continuous improvement through strong analytical insights and cross-functional collaboration. In this role, you will lead the operational strategy for your designated service area, ensuring that enterprise workflows, delivery methodologies, and related processes are optimized, scalable, and aligned with ALSAC’s broader IT and organizational objectives. You will play a critical role in assessing service performance, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing solutions that elevate operational governance, business process integration, and other assigned technology services. This role requires a blend of systems thinking, problem-solving, communication excellence, and the ability to build strong partnerships across teams.

Requirements

  • Three or more years of experience in fundraising, IT operations, communications, supplier management, or a related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Communications, or a related field.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise workflow tools, including automation and workflow orchestration platforms.
  • Proficiency in multiple delivery methodologies such as Lean, Kanban, Scrum, and project-based work.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with proven experience diagnosing issues and driving actionable improvements.
  • Experience with process mapping, workflow design, and end-to-end process evaluation.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in budgeting, strategic planning, organizational development, or fundraising is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Advance and Mature Enterprise Workflows Collaborates with IT leadership to enhance and mature business processes and enterprise workflow systems, enabling efficient cross-team collaboration and aligning delivery processes with divisional strategies.
  • Facilitate Delivery Across Teams and Partners Acts as a delivery facilitator and liaison between IT teams, business partners, and external vendors to support execution of the ITS vision and operational roadmap within the service area.
  • Use Analytics to Drive Decisions Analyzes operational data and performance metrics to identify trends, uncover gaps, and recommend improvements that strengthen productivity and service delivery.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Improvement Efforts Partners with key stakeholders to identify challenges, streamline workflows, and drive initiatives that enhance the effectiveness and performance of enterprise delivery processes.
  • Communicate Clearly Across the Organization Communicates complex concepts through clear written documentation, presentations, visualizations, and discussions tailored for a wide range of audiences and leadership levels.
  • Represent Business Needs in IT Planning Serves as a representative for business partners during IT discussions, ensuring their needs, objectives, and priorities are clearly articulated and addressed within the service area.
  • Identify and Recommend Solutions Proactively identifies issues and opportunities within the service area and recommends solutions that simplify delivery, strengthen governance, or improve workflows.
  • Ensure Compliance and Risk Alignment Ensures alignment with regulations, standards, and internal governance processes, implementing measures to maintain compliance and reduce operational risks.
  • Support Organizational Norms and Best Practices Champions organizational behaviors, frameworks, and methodologies that support strong processes, systems, and delivery excellence across IT.
