As an Advisor System Administrator at Gainwell, you will play a crucial role in leveraging technology to enhance the health and well-being of vulnerable communities across the country. In this role, you will support over 20 different Denti-Cal mid-range applications, ensuring their optimal performance and availability. Your responsibilities will include providing after-hours support and being available during weekends as needed. You will be expected to demonstrate strong problem-solving and analytical skills, which are essential for troubleshooting and resolving issues effectively. This position is hybrid, requiring in-office attendance on Tuesdays and Wednesdays at our Roseville, CA office, with opportunities for limited travel (0-10%).
