In Schwab Advisor Services, Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs) and their clients are at the center of everything we do. In this role, you will build trust and inspire confidence through exceptional service, one interaction at a time, while working in a fast-paced, dynamic service center environment. You will assist advisors through a mix of inbound and outbound calls related to common topics such as new accounts, transaction status, money movement, transfer of account, retirement services, and various other essential account maintenance components that help the advisor succeed in their day-to-day business. Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year customer service/relationship building experience (internships and collegiate activities will be considered).

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Excellent operational and organizational skills with the ability to manage transactional work.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Aptitude and passion for working with technology.

Responsibilities
