About The Position
Betterment Advisor Solutions provides a cutting-edge platform for financial advisors seeking innovative ways to enhance their wealth management services. We are currently looking for an Advisor Success Manager to build and nurture relationships with advisors using the Betterment platform. In this role, you will partner directly with advisors to ensure seamless onboarding, optimize platform usage, and support the growth of their wealth management practices. This is a client-facing role where you will leverage your relationship management skills to help advisors succeed in serving their clients. You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and are passionate about delivering exceptional service to advisor clients. This role is remote eligible. Below we've reflected the base salary range we would offer for this position in locations with city or state requirements. For those located elsewhere, the actual compensation offered will be based on candidate experience and geographic location. Actual salaries may vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Betterment's total compensation package for employees.
