About The Position

Mercedes-Benz USA is responsible for the sales, marketing and service of all Mercedes-Benz and Maybach products in the United States. The position will serve as Subject Matter Expert for in-dealership service software solutions, connected car service leads, while supporting MBUSA's growth strategy in the area by implementing MBUSA-backed programs, developing MBUSA-backed software integrations, and developing & managing MBUSA-backed software programs to enhance dealer service processes. Strategies include (but are not limited to) creating new business and technical logic for Connected Car Service Lead routing, enhancements to digital customer experience, increasing dealer visibility into Connected Car service opportunity, and alignment of Tier 1 and Tier 3 customer communications.
