About The Position

Leads the design and implementation of advanced sales training strategies. Acts as a consultant to sales leadership, ensuring training programs drive performance and align with business goals. Lead enterprise-level training initiatives with broad impact across multiple sales teams or regions. Provides strategic input and guidance to leadership and mentors junior staff. Operates with a high degree of autonomy and influence.

Requirements

  • Five (5) years in training, sales support, or instructional design.
  • Deep knowledge of sales strategy and go-to-market models.
  • Advanced content creation and instructional design skills.
  • Strong leadership and project management capabilities.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate across departments.
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies.
  • Excellent facilitation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Education, or related field.

Responsibilities

  • Design comprehensive training curricula for various sales roles.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance sales effectiveness.
  • Analyze performance data to refine training strategies.
  • Mentor junior team members and oversee content development.
  • Drive adoption of digital learning tools and platforms.
  • Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
