About The Position

Under minimal supervision, provides assistance and leadership in the administration of the corporation's qualified and non-qualified retirement plans. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: Performs plan management and compliance activities needed to ensure that fiduciary and legal compliance obligations are met. May present recommendations for change or enhancements to benefit offerings to management. Provides direction to lower level benefits analysts. Serves as a project manager leading peers and cross functional teams in benefit/communication projects. Oversees activities performed by vendors. Performs research of programming and/or data issues that impact plan administration activities. Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree/equivalent in business, finance or a related field
  • Five (5) years experience in retirement plan administration or related field.
  • Expertise with leading compliance/process reviews, including the identification and resolution of potential risks.
  • Excellent reporting skills.
  • Outstanding problem solving, project management, human relations and communication skills.
