The Rental Watch Advisor serves as a client resource to facilitate the delivery of our Rental Management service. The role is a critical team member that collaborates with the Mobile Medical Equipment Teams, Clinical Engineering Teams, TRIMEDX Supply Chain, Finance, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable teams, and CAM's Strategic Advisors along with Customer Administrations and Clinical staff to provide strategically placed rental equipment within the facility or system. This individual will be intimately familiar with the client's asset management process. Leveraging TRIMEDX's proprietary Clinical Asset Informatics to understand inventory trends and asset performance, this individual will identify potential inventory shortfalls or potential inventory shifts to provide OpEx Savings and CapEx Avoidance opportunities. The Rental Advisor can effectively present actionable insights, change behaviors and improve processes through the use of verbal and written communication. This Advisor has experience developing and forming partnerships using a consultative approach. They have high level presentation skills and can present ideas to customers in a way that produces understanding and impact. The Advisor exhibits a bias for action, customer orientation and self-awareness as they actively work to save both our clients and TRIMEDX money. The Advisor works closely with our CAM Strategic Advisor, Mobile Medical Equipment Teams, Clinical Engineering Teams, to actively manage the rental program within the site or system and monitor key performance outcomes to detect potential optimizations at individual sites and across the system assigned. The Rental Advisor will assist leadership in developing new capabilities to expand offerings and partner with TRIMEDX Product and IT teams to support the development of new technology.
