Indiana University Health is seeking individuals who embody these values to join our Informatics & Information Services leadership team in the role of Advisor – Quality Improvement and Patient Safety.
Scope:
Direct Hire, hybrid-remote 2 days onsite in downtown Indianapolis, IN.
Serves as a catalyst and facilitator for quality improvement and patient safety activities.
Partners with leadership, providers and staff to design and implement strategies for value improvement opportunities.
Reviews and interprets patient care information from medical records and other data sources to identify quality of care issues.
Transform facts into actionable information for improvement.
Provides expert consultation for leaders, regions, hospitals, committees, and individuals to support the delivery of high value care.
Leads performance improvement teams.
Facilitates quality meetings providing expertise on national quality programs, problem identification and resolution, quality improvement processes and tools and other patient care activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• Requires 5-7 years of healthcare, healthcare quality and/or process improvement/facilitation experience.
• LSSGB is required within 18 months of hire date.

Nice To Haves

• Master's Degree is preferred.
• Clinical licensure is preferred.
• CPHQ is preferred.
• Large system or regional improvement experience is preferred.
• Clinical experience is preferred.
