  • Create integrations using standard connectors and APIs (e.g., Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams; ServiceNow/Jira where applicable).
  • Assist with testing, troubleshooting, and production support; document fixes and root-cause learnings.
  • Support AI-enabled features: prompt design, Copilot Studio topics/actions, and AI Builder models (as needed), following responsible AI practices.

  • Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and senior engineers to deliver iteratively and communicate risks early.
  • Follow security, compliance, and governance standards for environments, data access, and sharing.
  • Build and enhance AI-enabled experiences using Copilot Studio (custom agents/extensions) and approved enterprise data sources and APIs.
  • Design agent knowledge grounding (SharePoint/Teams/files) to keep responses accurate , current, and relevant; avoid over-broad knowledge sources.
  • Implement and support AI-driven automations (agent actions, workflows, approvals, notifications) with clear guardrails and human-in-the-loop where needed.
  • Apply security-by-design: enforce authentication, least privilege access, and environment-based governance for agents and connected data.
  • Practice Responsible AI: validate outputs, handle edge cases/fallbacks, protect privacy, document limitations, and ensure transparency when users interact with AI.
  • Use Copilot to improve daily productivity (drafting, summarization, meeting/email support) and translate learnings into repeatable team patterns and documentation.
